Quelvo has three paid plans. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan — no credit card required — so you can explore all features before choosing.

Upgrading
Open Billing from the dashboard sidebar and select the plan you want. You're taken to a secure checkout. Once payment is processed, the new limits apply immediately — you don't need to wait for your billing period to renew.
Downgrading
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep everything you paid for until then. After that:
- Portals, databases, and clients above the lower plan's limits are locked (not deleted — just inactive until you upgrade again or reduce the count yourself).
- Features not included in the lower plan (like the audit log or analytics dashboard) stop being accessible.
Your data is never deleted on downgrade
Quelvo never deletes your data when you downgrade. Everything stays in your account. Locked portals snap back on as soon as you upgrade again. You can also manually delete portals or clients to stay under the new limits without upgrading.
Annual billing
Both monthly and annual billing are available. Annual billing is discounted:
- Starter: $144/year ($12/mo equivalent, 20% savings)
- Pro: $348/year ($29/mo equivalent, 17% savings)
- Agency: $790/year ($65.83/mo equivalent, 17% savings)
Switch between monthly and annual from the Billing page at any time. Switching to annual mid-cycle prorates the remaining monthly days and starts the annual cycle immediately.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your portals stay live until then.
After cancellation, your account is paused — you can still log in and view your dashboard, but client-facing portals show a "portal unavailable" page until you re-subscribe.
7-day free trial
New accounts automatically start on a 7-day trial of the Pro plan. You get access to every Pro feature with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a paid plan or your portals go offline.
