Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quelvo, operated by Quelvo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Quelvo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
Quelvo is a web application that lets users turn Notion databases into branded client portals. Quelvo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to Notion Labs, Inc. Any Notion functionality depends on Notion’s API and may change without notice.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use Quelvo. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@quelvo.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Quelvo is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged at the start of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Plan limits (portals, clients, databases, form submissions) are enforced by the service. Exceeding a limit will block the associated action — you will not be silently charged overages.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quelvo to:
- —Violate any applicable law or regulation
- —Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- —Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
- —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Quelvo systems or other users' data
- —Resell or sublicense Quelvo without our written permission
- —Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you bring into Quelvo — your Notion content, client lists, portal configurations, and uploaded assets. By using Quelvo, you grant us a limited license to store, cache, and process this data solely to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and share any content you make accessible through Quelvo portals.
6. Intellectual Property
Quelvo, its name, logo, and all original software, designs, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Quelvo’s intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Quelvo without our express written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of Quelvo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Third-Party Services
Quelvo integrates with third-party services including Notion, Stripe, Clerk, Resend, and Vercel. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
Quelvo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at any particular time. Features may change, and Notion API limitations may affect functionality outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quelvo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Quelvo and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. Upon termination, your access to the service ends. We will retain your data for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export what you need.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quelvo is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Quelvo after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
