Why we built this
Born from a real frustration.
Quelvo started from a simple recurring problem: agencies and freelancers build their entire workflow in Notion, then scramble every time a client asks “can I see where things stand?”
The workarounds are painful. Share the Notion page and clients see your entire workspace. Export to a document and it’s stale within hours. Build a custom portal and you’ve just signed up for months of maintenance.
There was clearly a missing layer — something that lived between your private Notion workspace and your clients’ browsers, that was secure, brandable, and required zero ongoing technical effort.
